Which Medicines Should Not Be Used During Pregnancy?

Good day,

I am not pregnant yet, but i left my "pill" about 2 weeks ago.
I've read about pregnancy alot now, and i really want to be safe before i get pregnant and continue the attitude during my pregnancy. Is it safe to use the following medication and vitamins. As this is what i am currently using: Slow-Mag Fizzy, Revite VIT-T-GO, ViralChoice C cOLD AND FLU , Revite Hair skin and nails formula. What pills can i use for headache? thank you for your time.
