Which Ointment Or Oral Antibiotics Is Advisable For Genital Sores And Burning During Urination?

Hi I am 40 years old female, I have small pimples over my ex genitals then I applied dermovate over it, now they become sores. Pus is protruding . Now they are much better but burning is annoying while urinating. Plz suggest me any ointment or oral antibiotics. Thanks
