hi sir. i m on keto diet to control my blood sugar. kidney function is normal
in 24 hrs urine test for protein the result is 4800. i m taking 130 to 150 gms of protein and 70 to 90 gms of fat. and calories around 2000. do you have on suggetions espicially on protien food.
