Today I visited a dermatologist and she gave me sterNon lotion and asked me to apply alternate days. I sm very hygienic and healthy I an very depressed y I got this. Kindly suggest what shampoo I need to use snd for,how many days?
I can understand your concern for patch on hairline near forehead.
I suggest you to wash your scalp daily with ketoconazole shampoo. It is to be done twice in a single bath. It means when you are washing your scalp apply first time shampoo for washing the hair part only, then rinse it off immediately with water.
Reapply the shampoo again immediately, leave it for around 5 minutes, do a good gentle massage by your fingers for around 2 minutes and then wash it off. By doing so for around 7 days you will get good benefit.
Take tablet loratadine 1-2 times for itching. You can continue the lotion suggested by dermatologist under his guidance only.
All the best.
