Which Specialist Should I Consult For My Toddler S Recurring Cough, High CRP, Tonsillitis, And Poor Appetite?

Hi doctor, my son is 4.6 years old and have frequent cough past 2.5 year. He used huff puffs and get relieved but recently got all tests done like allergy, full blood picture and cpr. CPR value is high around 24 and doctor told he is having tonsillitis and suggested to use montair lc kids for one month. 2 weeks he is good and now he got fever and horrible cough.. he is not eating properly as well. I don’t know to which specialist I need to go. Please suggest
