Which Specialist Should I See For Kidney And Heart Function Issues, Shortness Of Breath, Bloating, And Lack Of Appetite?

Hi, kidneys at 15%, heart at 35%, diaphram pushing against lungs causing shortness of breath and I suffer with GERD. I have had many stents in both legs and heart. I feel very tired, bloating, congestion, not able to do anything more than walk to bathroom . No appetite. I do not have leg swelling, but have a lot of itching on my entire body. Which disease is causing my issues. I don t know which specialist to get back with.
