Which Specialist To Consult For Pain And Swelling Under Foot?

Hello Doctor, My wife is having pain under her foot since 15 days. She was adviced to have Paracetamol 650 mg. After taking the tablet she used to be fine. Now we have noticed swelling under her foot. She is 30 yrs, 5 feet in height and 58 kgs in weight. She does'nt have any health problems
Which doctor/specialist do we need to consult ? Kindly advice.
