we have one child aleady aged 2.7 years.now my wife remove copper-t .which tablet is best to avoid pregnant .in this i need help.thank you

The newer contraceptive pills like Novalon and Femilon are best to avoid pregnancy. They contain low dose esterogen and progesterone so side effects like nausea,weightgain, pimples etc are less or nill. It should be started from second day of period in first month and from next month to be started from fifth day. it should be taken daily once at night without fail. If you forget to take it, take it next day whatever time you remember and take daily usual dose also.
