Which Time Of The Year Dose The Symptoms Appear With Still's Disease?

Hello, I was diagnosed with Still's Disease about three years ago by my rheumatologist. Do Still's patients present with all of the symptoms all the time?? I was put on Methotrexate and Ibuprofen which seemed to help for awhile but now it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I have the night sweats, stiffness and pain in the joints that is sometimes unbearable with swelling only some of the time but my ferratin (SP?) level is not always high. Could this be something else?
