Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

Selection of proper toothbrush is very important in maintaining a good oral health.

According to your teeth size and gum health you can select from soft, ultrasoft, medium and hard toothbrushes which are available in the market.
Brush teeth in a up and down back and forth motion for gums use flicking movement without any pressure.
Develop a habit of using interdental toothbrush and dental floss.
Use antiseptic mouthwash gargles twice daily.

Hope this helps out.

hello
you may use a soft tooth brush as it reduces the possibility of abration of your teeth and damage to your gums
remember that proper brushing technique is of utmost importance ,so try to brush in circular motion trying to cover each and every surface of your teeth
additionally you can go for a lukewarm saline rinse before going to sleep
that will strengthen your gum health too
hope this helps

Hi,
Remember that it is the brushing technique which is key to proper cleaning of teeth.Preferably use a soft bristled tooth brush and a fluoride containing tooth paste. Tooth brush should be changed once in 3 months.

Oral B toothbrushes are good and recommended by many. But using a small round head toothbrush with soft bristle is good as it will reach everywhere and be soft on gums too.

any tooth brush you can use it. it does not matter, it should be changed frequently atleast once in month. need to brush 2 times a day. but a soft brush is better than harder one.
