Hello Doctor, I would like to know the rate of improvement based on the 2 semen analysis I did. I would like to know if I am capable of being fertile. Details : Test1. 26-11-215 vol. 1ml liquefaction time 40 mints. alkaline total count 38millions/cumm Actively motile 30% Sluggishly motile 20% Non Motile 50% Normal form 60% Abnormal form 40 % Test 2 Vol 4ml, grey white, alkaline, 30 minutes liquefaction time. Fast progressive 05% Slow progressive 35% Non progressive 05% Immotile 55% count 52milions/cumm Normal forms 50% head defects 30% mid defects 5% tail defects 15% Pus cells 3-4/hpf RBCs 1-2/HPF I would like to know what treatment should I undergo, as my marriage is fixed, I have 1 month of time. Let me know the remedy. I am tensed and worried. I dont smoke, I dont drink. Whatever you say please say it from heart and brain and no butter lies.

Please confirm the time of semen collection as it has to be collected on spot and not taken from home.If so,then go for repeat semen and urine examination.If still pis cell persists,go for antibiotics.dont be anxious as it will affect your sexual health and only one sperm is required to fertise.yes,you can become father and conditions a sexologist after one year of marriage if still not conceived by your wife.
