Hello, Please clarify whether there is any discharge from penis or is there any debris collection below the prepuce (fore skin)? Secondly whether your wife also has any vaginal infection and accompanied discharge? Are there any cuts, swelling or ulceration on the skin? It is necessary to know these details. Because there can be fungal, chlamydial or bacterial infection occurring in that area. Therefore, it is better you get the area properly examined by consulting a physician near by. Then only specific treatment can be initiated.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Prabhakar Laxman Jathar, Diabetologist
