While I Was Bent Over Picking Something Up, I Turned

While I was bent over picking something up, I turned to look behind me. I suddenly got a shooting pain in the muscle between my knee and hip on the very front. I thought it was cramp. Since then I have been getting shooting pains coming and going they only last a few seconds. In the middle of the muscle between knee and hip ( thigh) it seems to be getting worse instead of better! Any ideas what I done? Thanks joanne
