While Using Contacts What Does A Red Spot In The Eye, That Feels Like A Stye, Indicate?

I have a red spot that looks like it may be raised a bit in between the brown pigment of my eye and the corner of my eye. in the white part. at first it looks like irritated blood vessels but i was feeling like i had a stye or something but have narrowed it down to that part of my eye being what's irritated. I took my contacts out to let it rest. It really hurts though

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having a red spot on the white of the eye. This is not stye as stye is seen on the eye lid margin and not on the white part of the eye.
The red spot can be because of inflammatory conditions of the conjunctiva or sclera like conjunctivitis or scleritis.
You have to discontinue use of contact lenses as you are having inflammation. The treatment is by use of antiinflammatry drugs.

Hence I advice you to consult your eye doctor for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
