White Bumps, Redness, Swelling, Watery Left Eye. Allergic, Eyes Itchy From Pollen. Started After Ocean Swim. Remedy?

Hi I have small white bumps on the white of my left eye causing more blood vessels to show, redness and strain all around the white of my eye, it's a little pink and slightly swollen on and around the area of the bumps. My eye feels a little achey and watery. I have been allergic, it's windy where I'm staying and my eyes have been itchy from pollen. Last saturday I got dumped in the ocean after an ocean swim, I got a migraine headache and this eye problem began.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,

The symptoms are suggestive of Allergic conjunctivitis/ Phlyctenular conjunctivitis.
Management involves:
1. Topical steroid eye drops
2. Antibiotic drops to prevent secondary infection
3. Avoid pollen, dust & other allergens
4. Maintain adequate hydration & proper nutrition.

So, kindly consult an Ophthalmologist for proper clinical examination & start treatment as advised.
Take care
