White, Burning Sores On Nose. Using Bactriban, Saline Rinse. Any Ideas?

hello,

For about a month I've had white burning sores on each side of my septum, it seems like it started after cleaning windows with CRL window cleaner, that night my sinuses burned pretty bad, these sores look like divets or craters only description I can think of, their not raised, I've been using bactriban with a q tip and natural saline rinses, I aslo have allergies that cause me to sneeze a lot with lots mucus inside my nose, at times my nose feels fine, but if I rub them with ointment or water they will burn..any ideas what I have? Did I burn my septum with cleaner chemicals?

Hi,
It seems that there might be some irritation in your nasal cavity due to window cleaner smell.
Now there might be congestion in nasal mucosa giving rise to this problem.
Put some anti-allergy, decongestant nasal drops.
Put some soothing agent in nasal cavity.
Take vicks vapor inhalation.
Take decongestant or Cetrizine tablet.
Ok and take care.
