White Circular Patch On The Wrist, Occasional Looks Brown. Diagnosed To Be Pre-vitiligo. Will It Spread?

HI, My son has got white patch on his left wrist . it is circular in shape. sometimes it look light brown and at times it becomes white. Doctor told me that it is pre- vitiligo . it has been 5-6 months. its is not spreading yet. Is there any chance to spread? Doctor has advised syrup -macalvit, picon cream, Spage-chew tablet. Please advise

Thanks for the query,

Vitiligo is an auto immune disorder.

Its course cannot be predicted,

In many patients it just remains as a single patch.

Please dont get tensed as stress increases the chance of further spread.

You can meet a dermatologist and start treatment for the existing patch.
