White Face, Trembling, Feeling Hot, Headache. Family History Of Heart Problems. No Chest Pain
My husband was exercising and his heart rate must have jumped up. He about passed out, his face turned white, stared trembling uncontrollably and is complaining of being very hot. He has a headache. His mother and maternal grandmother and grandfather and aunt have all been diagnosed with heart problems before the age of 40. My husband takes medicine for his hypertension and for his diabetes. I don't know if he's having a small heart attack? He is not complaining of chest pain, but also a sudden headache.

White Face, Trembling, Feeling Hot, Headache. Family History Of Heart Problems. No Chest Pain
Dear sir/madam your husband might have experienced an episode of low blood pressure. It is very dangerous if not given proper attention. He might complete evaluation such as TMT, 2D ECHO Even sudden headache might occur due to variation of blood pressure Thanks
