White Milky Discharge, Tingling In Breast, Itching After Unprotected Sex With New Partner. Contracted Disease?

I had unprotected sex 6 days ago, with a new partner of unknown medical history. My period is due to start in 9 days, apart from the anxiety of the situation, I have tingling breasts, and an odorless white milky discharge , along with itching. Im am extremely scared that I may have contracted something. Please advise, so scared!!!!
