White Patch On Eyelid. Applied Betnovate. What To Do?
Hi Dr. I have a small white patch on my left eye lid. I had consulted a dermatologist for the same. I was asked to apply betnovate on that area. Initially after a month the patch was almost gone and the tube finished. I got a new tube of betnovate but after I started applying it the patch re surfaced and has been growing. What should I do??

hi there... with ur history i guess you have vitiligo. Betnovate is a potent steroid and should avoid long time use. tacrolimus works very well for eyelid vitiligo. meet your dermatologist and discuss. take care.
