White Patches In Penis, Started After Stretching Exercise, Skin Losing Pigmentation. Cure For Symptoms?

Hi, I am 27 years old male, I have recently noticed that I am getting white patches in my penis and it looks like a dry skin patch. Also it is like as if the skin has lost pigmentation in those areas. I tried penis stretching exercise and only after that I have this problem. It started with one small spot and not its spreading quickly. I have noticed that it is only in the base of the shaft where the skin had to be stretched while doing the stretching exercise. I am worried that if its just stretch marks or any kind of fungi disease. There is no pain in the white patches except on one which looks like a small boil but its also a part of the white patches. Please help me to get rid of these patches as it is making me worried and this might affect my happiness.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
It may be a vitiligo, a de-pigmentation. It is quite common over lips and penis. It will not hurt you or not be harmful to you. It is just like a grey hair due to loss of pigmentation. You can ignore the same. Treatment is available. But along with oral medications you have to expose the are to UV light. Otherwise it will not be effective. Nothing wrong if left untreated.
Another rare possibility is a condition called as BXO (Balinitis xerotica obliterans).
If you consult a Dermatologist they will help you in this regard.
