White Patches On Face, Prescribed Cetaphil, Cutisoft Creme With Moisturizer. Which Moisturizer Could It Be?

hi i am indu.. one year ago i had white patches on face at that tym i consulted a doctor. She prescribed me cetaphil cleansing lotion, cutisoft creme with a moisturizer , i dont remember name of that moisturizer. could you plz tell me which moisturizer it could be. i was suppose to mix it in 3:1 ratio of moisturizer ant cutisoft creme.
