White Patches On Face Specially On The Forehead. Prescribed Elocon Which Worsened. The Patches On Arms Disappeared. Advice?

Hi,

I have white patches on my face specially in my forehead. I want to stop the spreading. The dermatologist gave me elocon but i think it just made it worse and i am not sure i should use it on my face. Before the patches appearing on my face i had one in my right arm then it disappeared and after on my left upper arm and then disappeared also. Im confused please help!

White patches obn the forehead can be early vitiligo or pityriasis alba.see for sensations on the patch to rule out hansens disease.assuch will not aggregate white patch. It could be only disease process.try elocon in the morning and tacrolimus in the night
.i think white patch on forearm and forehead may be different etiology
