White Vaginal Discharge, Lower Abdominal Pain, Vaginal Spotting After Carrying Heavy Objects. Treatment?

i have had my period ended 4 days ago. but two days ago, i have to help carrying heavy objects that causes me white discharge and lower abdominal pain . it continues through that night and a little bit yesterday and today. i have also got blood spotting or maybe a little more than that last night. what could be the problem?

This may be a sexually transmitted disease causing inflammation of your cervix, it may be due to an ectopic pregnancy, or it may be due to a candida infection, I would recommend you have this evaluated as soon as possible as some of these conditions are very serious
