Who Should Be Consulted For Eating Disorders?

My husband has problem in digesting most of the things he eats. He says it is heart burning. Many times he develops loose stools if he consumes any thing outside or if it is slightly spicy. He starts complaining of food poisoning, though all others at ome eat the same but fortunately nothing happens. Pls suggest whom to consult and what may be the cause
