General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,

Positive Widal Test in presence of fever is diagnostic of Enteric fever.
It is a bacterial infection caused by Salmonella typhi.

Management involves:
1. Analgesic antipyretic like Paracetamol
2. A course of antibiotics based on culture & sensitivity reports.
3. Take soft, plain, non-spicy foods.
4. Maintain hydration status & electrolyte balance of the body.

So, kindly consult your General Physician for proper clinical examination & start treatment as advised.
Any delay in treatment may cause aggravation of symptoms & organ damage.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Take care.
