Whom Should I Consult Regarding Fluctuating CRP Levels, Elevated Uric Acid In The Past, And Currently Elevated ESR?

Hi Doctors, last year November 4th i got heavy body pains when i given for blood test in that i got CRP levels moves to 28. After few days my CRP levels came to normal. Again 3 months back i got joint pains and i get blood test in that i got uric Acid to 11mg/dl. Again i get blood test and i noticed my uric Acid came to normal but ESR showing 28mm/1 hour. now which doctor i have to consult
