Whom Should I Consult To Diagnose The Feeling Of Uneasiness In The Chest?

I am having this feeling in my chest on the left...I can t really describe it but sometimes I feel it on the same area in my back...I am also consciously feeling my heart beats especially when I lay down... this has been going for almost a week now...I m a 26 years old female what specialty should I check this with?
