I am 18 weeks pregnant with twins and am experiencing light cramping under right rib cage and a tight sore back. symptoms have been for 2 days

Hi,thanks for query.It is possible that you might have muscle stretching or sprain while doing some movements or sleep.Try applying some local analgesic cream over it.If you are comfortable you can even try ice application.Please be careful and do not take analgesic without talking to your doctor.buy.
