Why I Am Feeling Tired And Having Numbness And Pain In Fingers Who Does Not Have Any Health Problems ?

I am fifty years of age...i have no diabetes ..for past few years i sometimes feel numbness and pain in my fingers..i always feel tired..i have no kidney problems n no increase in cholestrol level..whom shall i consult n are there any exercises for it?

Have you checked your Blood pressure. Please rule out hypertension also. It may be signs of arthritis. You may consult an Orthopaedician who will examine and advise appropriate Management.
