Why I Am Not Getting Periods For 32 Weeks?

hi I have a very special and different case 32 weeks no period blood test n sonogram sez not pregnant I feel movements and my belly is 44inches big I went to 3 different gyn so confused if pregnant or not then why am I feeling movements and stiffening ?
