Why A Hard Bump Is Recurring After Scar Revision Done On Fractured Nose?

3 years ago i had an accident where i had fractured my nose and got a huge scar as well... so i got a scar revision done.. and since den one hard bump appears on my nose pretty much noticieble.. and after some days it goes away on its own.. it keeps on appearing and goes away automatically... what could it b? and y? thank you

The recurrence of any swelling is a cause of concern and this has to be evaluated further in any case.
You need to get a CT PNS and endoscopy of the nose and get back to me or any ENT with the reports as soon as possible. This is of course more effective when you have the bump.
