Why Acidic Smell Is Coming From Skin And Feeling Sleepy After Having Food?

HI, For the past several months I have been dealing with getting extremely sleepy after eating....like I ve been drugged. It can be any type of food...carbs, protein....anything. And it can be a snack or a meal. But Within a few minutes of eating, I cannot keep my eyes open, to the point where I cannot drive too soon after I eat. I also have been having this strange musty/acidic smeel to my skin. After a shower in the morning, by late afternoon, I smell it on my arms, etc., and by the next morning it is strong. Have never had either issue before, until about 3-4 months ago. Am confused.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
there may be several possibilities. first of all check the kind of food you are eating in the last 4 months or have you shifted to new place having a different food. avoid more proteinous diet as its by products are mainly ammonical (acidic in nature). drink lots of water. try these for a month . if these symptoms persists its likely a case case of some degenerative changes in your body which needs further investigations and management.
