Why Am I Advised Fertisure Course For Not Being Able To Conceive ?

Hi a am 33 years and my wife is 19 we are planning for kids from the last one year, we have got some basic test and all are normal. doctor suggested us to take Fertisure M and Fertisure F. For few months and see. I am not sure why is this suggested.
