Why Am I Bleeding After My Period?

Hi, I am 18 years old and I started my period on the 23rd and finished on the 27th which is normal for me. I had unprotected sex both before an after my period, however I got the morning after pill on the 29th. I have noticed some bleeding when I wipe after going to the toilet and also some on my knickers. What could this be and do I need to visit my doctor?
