Why Am I Bleeding Continuously?

Last month I was pregnant for around 2 weeks before I miscarried. I then proceeded to have a short light period afterwards. One month on and my period is playing up, it was very light for 3 days, then got heavier and heavier for about a week and although it is slowing down now, I have been bleeding for around almost 2 weeks and don't appear to be fully stoping, when normaly I bleed for around 5 -7 days. I am concerned as to weather this is related to my recent miscarriage or what it could be.
