Why Am I Bleeding Heavily During My Second Week Of Menses?

I have been on my menstrual peroid for going on 2 weeks now. The second day that it started they just kept getting heavier and heavier by the day. now I am going through pads atleast every half hour with a new change of clothes. Ever since this started happening I feel more weak than usual. I just need to know what to do.
