Why Am I Bleeding Heavily?

Hi, so 2 months ago I started having really heavy periods. The pad will be soaked in blood in less than 2 hours. I continue bleeding heavily for 2 weeks then it finally stop in the 20 day. Last month the same thing happen. This month all am having is brownish discharge and some blood stains is like one morning am having blood stains and by the night is all brown discharge. I don t want to go to the hospital if is nothing big.
