Why Am I Bleeding With Green Vaginal Discharge During Pregnancy?
Hi I woke up to spotting of blood plus greenish stuff it was like gooey . I am 31 weeks pregnant had an urine infection but I just finished my treatment there .? Plus I looked inside my viginal area and I have alot of discharge . My back pain is very sore also

From what you have written it seems like you have vaginal infection. You must see your doctor and get vaginal swab for culture and take treatment according to results of culture,
Is the discharge foul smelling. Do you have itching in the vaginal region. These are again symptoms of infection.
