Why Am I Bleeding Within A Gap Of 10 Days From My Last Menses?

I have undergone IVF treatment ( Newmon injections)and it was cancelled due to poor ovum quality and my doctor asked me to call back on the I day of period. Within a gap of 10 days again bleeding started and it is lasting for the last three days and now I am advised to take TrapicMF. Kindly give your advise Doctor
