Why Am I Constantly Thirsty With Dry Mouth For Over A Week Despite Drinking Lots Of Fluids?

i am feeling thirsty and dry mouth and i am drinking lots of water and fluids but then also thirst is not going ... it is since 11 days and by this problem i am living a very difficult life as u can feel the feeling of always very much thirsty... help me out please
