Why Am I Experiencing Dizziness, Tremors, Frequent Urination And Heightened Emotions While On Azithromycin, Lamotrigine And Ziprasidone?

I have been diagnosed with manic depression and am taking lamotrigine, and ziprasidone. I was also diagnosed with strep throat this week and have been taking azithromycin. The past three days I’ve been experiencing mania and effects of being “high”. Such as dizziness, severe shaking, hightened emotions and the need to urinate more frequently. What is going on?
