Why Am I Experiencing Lot Of Cramps And Tenderness Of Breasts Even Though My Pregnancy Test Negative?

Hi,
Last menstural was nov 22 2013. 26 day cycle.. I had sex with my fiancé Sunday dec 1 a little after midnight so it would have maybe been second. Understanding I ovulated the 4 by my chart on iPhone I have been experiencing a lot of cramps pains and tenderness to breasts. No spotting I took a test today and neg. 12dpo about an hour ago I noticed leaking of clear colostrum I feel like my periods coming but now I don't know.. Migranes are bad too help! Am I pregnant?
