Why Am I Experiencing Pain In My Heart ? I Am 16 Years Old

First of all I just want to say that I am 16 years old. So my question: My heart hurts from time to time (maybe one time each 1-2 weeks). It mainly hurts when I take deep breaths or when I sit down. My BMI is around 21 so I am not overweight . But I sit infront of the computer the majority of the day. Thanks in advance.

Avoid excessive work hours with your computer first. You need to do some relaxing eye exercises as well. Avoid bad posture at work. Sit up straight and support your back in a good chair. I would recommend that you get your eyes tested for any refractive error as well. Take a pain killer over food for relief for the time being.

Hi, Avoid sitting in front of the computer. If at all you need to, then keep your back erect.Eat healthy food at proper time. Walk outdoors and take deep breaths of fresh air. You will be fine. Good luck.
