Why Am I Feeling Feverish With Sore Throat And Tenderness In Breasts?

i havent felt like myself lately i am 34 yrs old female and weigh 180 lbs i am on throid pills. 88 mcgs and i take b12 shots once a week per drs orders and im also taking vit d pills per dr orders. i have been feeling achy and tired and have tender breasts i just had lab work done and they put me on vit d and b12 shots but the weather has been weird here and ive felt like i have a fever and sore throat but im not running a fever and just want to know what is going on with my body

Your symptoms seem to be related to a cold or flu. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms. I recommend to drink liquids, gargle with salty water and rest.
