Why Am I Feeling Hot And Sweaty Always?
I am feeling hot and sweaty a lot of the time, and am only comfortable when in a cool room. Once I start to do something I get hot. I also feel very tired. I am using 1 pump of oestrogel and have been on HRT since 39 yrs of age, having had a hysterectomy andam now 72, and still working.

hiii.welcome to our site.to control sweating you can use antiperspirants.mix turpentine oil with half cup water and apply the solution on axilla,pubic area,legs etc.,always wash your face using good face wash.take oil bath once in a day.thank you.
