General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Feeling lightheaded and dizzy when you are sitting down might be related to hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and oscillations in blood pressure due to non eating healthy and not having your meals regularly.

I advise to monitor your blood sugar levels and blood pressure at the time when you are feeling lightheaded or dizzy and report the results to your physician.

I also advise to run further cardiac tests to exclude heart problems. If everything is ok, then, should follow a healthy diet regimen although the stress you might have.

You should take care of your body!
