General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

From your sexual history and the symptoms you describe it is probably for you to be pregnant.
The only way to confirm or exclude a possible pregnancy is to do a home pregnancy test or a blood test to measure HCG level in serum.

Once excluded a probably pregnancy you should consult a physician and get a complete evaluation to sort out the cause of these symptoms.

Hope my answer has helped.
Take care.
