Welcome to Healthcare Magic You are probably experiencing loss of essential electrolytes like Potassium and Sodium in the sweat which makes you get tingling, numbness, weakness. There could also be associated Calcium deficiency which can cause the same picture and is usually associated. You need to eat food rich in all these electrolytes like fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, nuts, eggs, oats, corn flakes, drink a glass or more of milk a day as well. Drink enough water atleast an hour before your jog to prevent excessive dehydration and reduce the tiredness also.
