Why Am I Feeling That I Am Pregnant?

I feel as though I'm going mad!! I had nexplanon inserted may this year. Periods have been hit & miss. I've done4 home pregnancy tests plus had a blood test done through my gp, all negative. I've only had one period which was very painful & heavy but my brain is still telling me I'm pregnant. Help!!!

It is not a sure sign of pregnancy. Hormonal imbalances can also cause similar symptoms.
